Engineering attachments for the machines people actually own

Our attachments are built on a manufacturing base in Dongguan, Guangdong that has been producing engineering machinery steel structures and excavator attachments since 2012. The factory started in sheet metal and structural steel for excavator applications — arms, buckets, quick couplers, grapples and pile clamp heads — before developing its own line of hydraulic vibration equipment.

What we do

We supply three attachment lines for excavator carriers:

Hydraulic vibratory pile drivers — eight models for 15 to 48+ tonne carriers
High frequency hydraulic breakers — six models for 20 to 120 tonne carriers
In-situ solidification mixing heads — four models for 10 to 36 tonne carriers

Alongside these we produce pile clamp heads, secondary arms, extended arms, buckets and quick couplers — so a customer can equip one carrier for a complete piling cycle rather than buying from several suppliers.

How we work with buyers

Selection support before the quote. We check your carrier's hydraulic specification against the attachment's requirement and say so if it does not fit.
Spare parts availability. Damping rubbers, seals, bearings and clamp cylinders are held in stock.
Documentation. English operating and maintenance manuals, parts lists and exploded diagrams.
Commissioning support. Installation guidance and operator familiarisation, remotely or on site depending on scale.

Manufacturing and quality

In-house fabrication

Sheet metal, structural steel fabrication, machining and heat treatment are carried out on site. The factory also produces automotive beam structural components, which sets a higher baseline for weld and dimensional control than attachment work alone demands.

Own intellectual property

The high-speed hydraulic driving and extraction equipment was independently developed and is covered by an invention patent and a utility model patent, with seven appearance design patents and two registered trademarks held alongside.

Quality management

Production operates under a certified quality management system to international OEM standards, covering design, manufacture, assembly and final inspection.

Export experience

Equipment has been supplied to projects across China and exported to Southeast Asian markets, where granular coastal ground and dense urban sites suit vibratory methods particularly well.

If a parameter you need is not shown, ask us — we would rather supply the accurate figure than have you specify from an assumption.
